Why Most Custom Fans Disappoint
You've seen the cheap ones. Paper, printed thin, ribs that snap by the second toast. They get left on the table with the half-finished cake and swept into a bin at midnight.
That's not a favor. That's a line item you paid for twice, once to buy, once to throw away.
Ours are different: standard fans on FSC-certified wood with recycled fabric, XL on bamboo with satin, holographic on PVC or bamboo. Your artwork printed edge to edge, not a stock template with your name added. Pantone Coated color matching. A digital mockup you approve before anything prints. And they arrive finished, not flat in a box for you to assemble.
Think Per Guest, Not Per Fan
You're already spending real money per head, catering, florals, rentals, the bar. Against that, the fan is one of the smallest lines on the sheet, and it's the only one that goes home with people.
It also does more than one job: the favor, the program or escort card printed right on the panel, the photo prop that ends up in guests' cameras all night, and the fix for a warm ballroom or an outdoor ceremony in full sun.
Priced against a paper fan, ours costs more. Priced against the three line items it replaces, it's the cheapest thing you'll buy.
Volume pricing applies. Per-fan cost drops meaningfully as quantity rises. A 300-fan order is priced very differently from 30.
Sizes, Materials, Artwork
Small. 16.5 inches open, 9 inches closed. Place settings, bridal parties, gifting, everyday carry. FSC-certified wood with 75% recycled cotton/poly blend.
Large. 26 inches open, 13 inches closed. Dance floors, stage moments, high-visibility branding. Bamboo with satin.
Holographic. PVC or bamboo ribs with a holographic finish.
Pai Pai fans available as an alternative format.
Add-ons. Wrist strap hooks, velvet pouches, painted ribs.

What to expect
Small fans (16.5 inches open, 9 inches closed): $400 for 30, or $12 a fan at 100 ($1,200), and less per fan from there.
XL fans (26 inches open, 13 inches closed): $840 for 30, $900 for 50, or $15 a fan at 100.
Those prices are for a single logo on natural wood. Double-sided printing, metallic lettering, holographic or black PVC, painted ribs, velvet pouches and wrist straps move it up.
Shipping is quoted to your address, plus any sales tax. You pay by card once you approve your proof. We ship within 4 weeks of approved artwork and cleared payment, and delivery time comes on top of that.
Wood Color? You Pick.
Most of our fans come in natural wood tones, but we can customize the ribs in black, pink, red, white, or practically any color to match your aesthetic. Want black bamboo? Hot pink ribs on a natural fan? Let's make it happen.
We print in CMYK with Pantone Coated color matching. If you have a Pantone code, send us the Pantone C reference. We match as closely as the material allows. Exact matches can't be guaranteed, especially on wood, painted ribs and holographic finishes.

When to Order
The clock starts at artwork approval, not your first email. Approve artwork and pay by:
Event November 13: Friday, October 9
Thanksgiving week: Thursday, October 15
December 4: Friday, October 30
December 18, the last December date we can make: Friday, November 13
New Year's Eve: Wednesday, November 25
Spring 2027 weddings: six weeks out, minimum

What materials can I choose for my custom fans?
Small fans: FSC-certified wood with a 75% recycled cotton/poly blend. Large fans: bamboo with satin. Holographic fans: PVC or bamboo. Ribs can be painted to almost any color.
Why are yours more expensive than the fans I found online?
Because they're a different object. The inexpensive ones are printed paper on plastic or thin wood ribs, usually a stock design with your name added, and they frequently ship unassembled. Ours are FSC-certified wood with fabric, bamboo with satin, or holographic on PVC or bamboo, printed with your artwork edge to edge, Pantone matched, and finished before they ship. If your priority is the lowest possible unit cost, we're honestly not the right fit, and we'd rather tell you now.
What's the minimum order?
30 fans per design. Two designs means 30 of each.

Do I have to be a professional planner to order?
Not at all. Plenty of our custom orders come from people planning their own wedding, quinceañera, or milestone party. Same process, same standard.
How long does production take?
We ship within 4 weeks of approved artwork and cleared payment, and delivery time comes on top of that. Rush options may be available, so ask when you request your quote.
Can I get a sample or proof before ordering?
Yes. Send your logo or artwork and we'll show it to you on a fan within 24 hours, and nothing prints until you approve it. We don't print a sample of your design, because every design is printed to order. For orders of 100 or more, you can buy any fan from our shop first, and we credit it to your order if you place it within 30 days.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Larger orders qualify for volume pricing, and the per-fan price drops as quantity rises. Contact us to discuss your bulk needs.
I'm not a designer, can you help with my design?
Of course. We can help with layout, sizing, and formatting. Send us your ideas, photos, or brand assets, and we'll work with you to create something amazing.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the US, and internationally on request. Shipping costs and timelines vary by location, so contact us for a quote on your specific order.
What if there's a defect in my order?
