Smaller runs start at 30 fans ($400 standard). More than 1,000? Tell us your count and we'll quote it. One logo, one side, natural wood ribs. Shipping is quoted to your address, plus any sales tax. Double-sided printing, metallic lettering, painted ribs and a logo on the handle cost more.

How it works
- Send your logo. Any file works; a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) prints sharpest.
- Approve your mockup. You see your logo on a fan within 24 business hours, and nothing prints until you say yes.
- Pay by card, and we make your fans. We ship to your office, the hotel or the convention center, finished and ready to hand out.
What you get
Every fan is made to order and your colors are matched to Pantone Coated codes. The standard fan is FSC-certified wood with fabric that is 75% recycled cotton and polyester. The XL is bamboo with satin. You approve a digital proof before anything prints, you see photos of your actual fans before they are packed, and velvet pouches are available so a fan can go in every welcome bag. We stand behind our work. If something isn't right with your order, contact us with photos and we'll make it right.

One per attendee, plus a few for staff and speakers. The minimum is 30 per design, there is no maximum, and the per-fan price drops at 100, 250, 500 and 1,000. Tell us your attendee count and we'll quote it.
Yes. We print full color with Pantone Coated (C) matching. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) with your Pantone C codes. We match as closely as the material allows; exact matches can't be guaranteed, especially on wood, painted ribs and holographic finishes. Please send only logos you own or have permission to use.
Approve your artwork and pay by Tuesday, December 15 for any event from January 18 to mid-March 2027. For spring 2027 events, approve and pay five weeks before your event. For December, Friday, November 6 covers December 11 and Friday, November 13 covers December 18. Rush production may be possible, so ask when you request your quote.
Always. You see your logo on a fan within 24 business hours, and nothing prints until you approve it. For orders of 100 or more, you can buy any fan from our shop to hold first, and we credit it to your order if you place it within 30 days.
Yes. We ship across the US, and internationally on request, to your office, the hotel or the convention center. Shipping is quoted to your address. For a venue, tell us the delivery window, the receiving instructions and the name on the label.
Yes. Velvet pouches are available, so a fan can go in every welcome bag or on every seat. Ask for them in your quote.
