🔁 Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Because you’re hot, fabulous, and deserve to love every fan you own.

At I’m Hot and Fabulous, we create fans that are bold, beautiful, and built to last. But we also run a small-batch, woman-owned business, which means we have to be clear and upfront about how returns and cancellations affect our operations (and your wallet).


💨 RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, undamaged fans in their original packaging.

📌 Important Fee Details:
Credit card and payment platforms charge us fees we can’t get back — even if we refund your order. So here’s the breakdown:

  • 💳 4% Processing Fee is deducted from all refunds

  • 📤 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item

📧 To start a return, email info@imhotandfabulous.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days.


🔄 EXCHANGES

Want a different design or color? We offer exchanges within 30 days as long as the fan is unused and in original packaging.

  • Buyer covers shipping both ways (unless the mistake is on our end)

  • No fees are applied to exchanges unless a refund is involved

❌ ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Used or damaged fans

  • Items bought on sale, clearance, or during a promo — all discounted fans are final sale

  • Custom or personalized designs


🔥 CUSTOM & WHOLESALE POLICY (READ CAREFULLY)

Our custom and wholesale fans are made-to-order, which means once your order is in production, it’s final sale.

🕒 24-Hour Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel, you may request to do so within 24 hours of payment — only if production has not started.

📌 If your cancellation is approved:

  • 💳 4% sale fee + 4% refund fee = 8% total deduction from your original payment

  • This covers the cost of non-refundable credit card and transaction fees on both the sale and the refund

After 24 hours or once production begins, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.


💼 WHOLESALE / BULK / LOGO ORDERS

All custom, wholesale, or branded fan orders are final sale once your invoice is approved and payment is received.

Please triple-check your order details, including:

  • Design files

  • Quantities

  • Shipping address and delivery deadlines


🛑 WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If your order isn’t right or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
