Return & Exchange Policy

Because you’re hot, fabulous, and deserve to love every fan you own.

We want you to love your hand fan — but if it’s not quite right, we’ll make it right. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

💨 Returns

To be eligible:

• Item must be in original condition — unused and undamaged.
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, email info@imhotandfabulous.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different design or want to swap for something equally fabulous? We offer easy exchanges within 14 days.

• Exchanges are accepted for unused items in original packaging.
• You cover shipping both ways unless it was our fault.
• We’re happy to help you pick the perfect replacement.

❌ What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Used or damaged items.
• Sale, clearance, or promo items.
• Custom or personalized fans.

🛑 Received the Wrong Item or Something Damaged?

No problem — we’ll fix it fast. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
