Order deadlines for the 2026 holiday season
The clock starts at artwork approval, not your first email. Production runs 3 to 4 weeks from approved artwork and cleared payment to delivery. Work backward from your event:

Pricing and minimum order
Minimum order is 30 fans per design. Two designs means 30 of each.
- Small fans (16.5 inches open, 9 inches closed): most 30-fan orders land between $400 and $550, plus shipping
- Large XL fans (24.5 inches open, 13 inches closed): quoted on request
Where you land depends on specification. A single logo on natural wood sits at the lower end. Double-sided printing, holographic or black PVC, painted ribs, satin pouches and wrist straps move it up. Per-fan cost drops as quantity rises, so a 200-fan order costs considerably less per fan than 30.
Think per guest, not per fan
You are already spending real money per head on catering, venue, and bar. Against that, the favor is one of the smallest lines on the sheet, and it is the only one that leaves with your guests.
It also does more than one job. Printed on the panel, it can carry the program, the table assignment, or the campaign you are launching. It is the photo prop that ends up on everyone's feed. And it fixes a warm room, which is the actual problem at most holiday parties.

- Your artwork as vector (AI, EPS, or PDF) for the sharpest print, or 300 dpi PNG or JPEG
- Your Pantone Coated (C) codes if you are matching a brand palette
- The name of the font you want used, if we are setting type for you
- Your event date and guest count
